Rockies repurposing suites and press box at Coors Field
Twelve right-field suites will become four super suites, and a portion of the press box will be turned into a new club
Coors Field, the home of the Colorado Rockies, is undergoing its most extensive renovation in several years. As part of the upgrades, 12 suites in right field are being transformed into four super suites, each with capacity to host parties of 60 people. Sliding doors between each suite can be opened to accommodate bigger groups. The ticket price in the new super suites is $150 per person per game and includes food and beverage minus alcohol.
Similar to the Cleveland Indians new Premium Club at Progressive Field covered in the Winter 2013 Issue of SEAT Magazine, the Rockies are building an expansive club and 84 new premium seats behind home plate. Space from the existing press box will be converted for this new premium option. Seats will be sold as season tickets for $175 per person per game, also including F&B except alcohol.
Other areas of Coors Field to be renovated include the Coors Clubhouse and the Warning Track Party Room.
