Alison Weber is Chief Creative Officer for Chicago-based Levy, the market leaders in creating and delivering hospitality and lifestyle experiences in over 200 entertainment facilities, restaurants, for all major sports leagues and in cultural institutions coast to coast.  Alison serves as the leader of the company’s industry-recognized branding, marketing and design capabilities for current businesses and future forward development work, as well as the inspirer of Levy’s Fast Company recognized culture of innovation, During her 29-plus year career, Alison has had a seat at industry tables crafting the revolution in consumer-driven experiences, pushing for continual innovation and awareness around the power of creativity to connect people in the world.

She and her team of designers, branding specialists, marketers and storytellers ideate and innovate around business and consumer challenges.  Guided by the belief that “nobody is as smart as everybody,” Alison and her team work collaboratively to bring every discipline together to ensure that ideas become solutions that work from a user, design, operational and financial point of view.

Alison’s visionary creativity is also at the forefront of Levy’s new business development efforts.  She has driven the company’s path as one of fastest growing organizations in the industry and led diversification efforts with the strategic brand launch of Levy’s retail division, Rank + Rally. Most recently, her multi-disciplinary approach to creativity is at the heart of the company consulting practice that sparks new ideas, concepts and solutions for partners in a range of industries across the country, including Netflix, Amazon and all major sports leagues.

Additionally, she was the creative spark behind the founding of Levy Cares, the company’s charitable arm in the late 1990’s.   Since its inception, Levy Cares has evolved to become the social responsibility platform that guides the company’s efforts in sustainability, wellness and community outreach.  Most recently, she became part of the Work of Change core team, leading and learning to shape and grow Levy’s culture of diversity and inclusion.

Alison was a Sports Business Journal 2015 Game Changer and was recognized as one of Venues Now’s inaugural All-Stars award winners in 2019.   

She started as a hot dog and beer vendor at Cleveland Municipal Stadium, a job that continually inspires her to think about what is it that brings all people together to best enjoy life.
