Allison Schuller joined Tyson Group in July 2011. After working on every project in the company, she worked her way up from inside sales, to business development specialist. Along the way she honored her love of training and became a highly sought-after instructor. As the VP of Training and Strategy, Allison focuses on scaling the business by developing a new department of professional instructors, helping them to build and diversify their own skills, and match their talents with the needs of Tyson Group’s client base.
