The new ALSD Sports Sales & Service Training Forum (SSSTF) is a virtual symposium for premium seating professionals from teams and venues to learn from industry trainers, team leaders, and peers. Within a framework of premium sales, customer service, leadership, and communication, each presentation will dive into specific principles, techniques, and best practices. The convergence of sales and service will be closely explored along with the cohesion of premium departments as a whole. Sports Sales, Service, and Leadership Trainer presentations headline ALSD SSSTF, with team panels complementing the education.

About SSSTF 2021
While each SSSTF presentation will cover a unique industry niche, all sessions will be applicable to premium seating professionals at any level, department, or venue type. Attendees should be premium seating, ticketing, or customer service personnel from sports teams, venues, or colleges.

Industry trainer presentations will headline the event, with two team panels complementing the education, idea sharing, and virtual networking. Each session will last 40 minutes and be conducted in a webinar setting.

As the SSSTF is designed for premium seating professionals, it is a benefit for ALSD member teams and venues.

 

Please Note: This is not the Sports Sales Training Forum of the previous six years, which focused largely on group sales, seasons, general ticketing. This forum focuses on the premium seating community. However, it does not preclude attendance from non-premium departments, such as tickting, from teams and venues.
