Ashley Romano, a clinician and licensed gerontologist, is a captivating and engaging leader, overseeing over 8,000 employees and 6,000 patients throughout the CareRite Centers network, while creating memorable experiences and lasting impressions for those that the brand serves.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Joseph’s College, and Master’s Degree from Columbia University, Romano’s background spans Therapeutic Recreation, Sales & Marketing, and Guest Experience, having served in positions such as Director of Therapeutic Recreation, Director of Sales and Marketing at Brookdale Senior Living in NYC, and she began her journey in the CareRite Centers network as the Regional Director of Patient Satisfaction and Concierge Services. Soon after, Romano’s tenacity, strength, and finesse earned her promotions such as National Director of Patient Experience/Research Development, Vice President of Branding and Experience, to her current position, Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Romano empowers her team who oversee multiple facets of the Brand to be the best versions of themselves while serving this incredible population and supporting brand awareness.

Ashley lives in Long Island, New York with her husband Joe, two children JoJo and Pearl, and four pets- Gus the Beagle, Frank the Hound, James the Labradoodle, and Scooter the Cat!
