Atlanta Falcons set first PSL prices for new stadium

In its new stadium under construction in Downtown Atlanta, the Falcons are charging between $10,000 and $45,000 in personal seat license fees for the best seats in the house. The $45,000-PSLs will be attached to 1,200 50-yardline club seats in the lower bowl. An additional 6,500 club seats between the 30-yardlines will require $10,000 or $20,000 PSLs.

Servicing the seats in the various price tiers will be the Founders Club, the Champions Club, and the Piedmont Club.

Legends Global Sales will focus on PSL sales through the middle of 2015, before giving attention to other seating areas. PSL fees for those other seating locations have not yet been determined. The Georgia World Congress Center Authority must first approve all pricing before the inventory can go on sale.

Three payment options are available to those purchasing PSLs. The first option is to pay the full cost upfront. The second option is three equal payments, without interest, to be paid before the stadium opens. And the third option is to finance over ten years at 8.5-percent interest.

The new $1.4 billion stadium is scheduled to open in 2017.
