Brittany Smyth joined AEG in March 2013. She serves as Director of Premium Services at STAPLES Center. She is responsible for overseeing all day to day servicing and retention of private suites and club seating members. In addition, she manages all member communication and client touchpoints, including gifting and events.
Brittany began her career in Sports and Entertainment in 2013 when she joined the STAPLES Center Premium team as a Premium Sales Account Executive. She then transitioned to Premium Services in 2014; worked her way up to Sr. Premium Services Manager, and as of August 2019, she has served as the Director of Premium Services.
In her role as Director of Premium Services she has had the opportunity to navigate and overcome some unique circumstances. From a mobile ticketing transition in 2019, to abatements and contract Amendments in 2020, to most recently executing reduced capacity and back up to full capacity in 2021. Under Brittany’s leadership, the STAPLES Center Premium Services team has successfully pivoted and maintained the STAPLES Center Premium Membership base.
Brittany graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA with a bachelor’s degree in Managerial and Organizational Communication. During her time at Point Loma, she also had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in Uganda, Africa, where she completed a semester of Intercultural Studies.
