Brooke DeGroot enters her eighth season with the Raiders and her second season as Director of Suite and Loge Service. In her role she helps guide and develop her team to meet their retention goals, execute detailed service timelines, and create client experiences and relationships with all Suite, Loge and Owners’ Seat clients. Prior to her current position, Brooke had experience working for the Oakland Raiders in California under multiple roles. She began her time in Oakland in Group Sales and Fundraising. She progressed to Senior Coordinator, Premium Services and then onto a Premium Suite Services Coordinator in Las Vegas where she mastered managing client and vendor relationships. Before her time with the Raiders, Brooke was with the Detroit Red Wings as an Inside Sales and Account Executive. A native of Missoula, Montana, Brooke earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Montana in 2011. Brooke’s parents, three older brothers, three sisters-in-law and six nieces and nephews all currently reside in Missoula, Montana.
