Club Lexus premiers at the Pepsi Center

A new 11,000-square-foot premium club has been inserted into the event level at the Pepsi Center, home to the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche. Club Lexus, which cost $10 million to build, fills a previously unmet hospitality need for the local corporate community.

Club Lexus represents the first all-inclusive package available for courtside seat holders who before only had access to in-service service for an additional cost. The 396 Nuggets courtside seats are priced between $375 and $1,500 per game.

For Avalanche games, the club is accessible to the 360 seats along the glass and behind the team benches. Ticket prices are between $210 and $300 per game. These prices include food, beer, and wine. Hard liquor is available for additional costs. Levy Restaurants is the venue’s foodservice partner.

Club Lexus gets even more exclusive with its Owners Club within the larger club itself. Those VIPs with access to the Owners Club receive valet parking and concierge services.

The design-build team for Club Lexus was led by Sink Combs Dethlefs in conjunction with Dimensional Innovations and Turner Construction.

The club is expected to generate $1 million in incremental revenue for both the Nuggets and Avalanche.
