Detroit Pistons boost retention through member loyalty platform

Pistons Rewards, the loyalty program for the Detroit Pistons, has exceeded its sales and engagement expectations, helping to increase season ticket renewals by 17% year-over-year since its launch and to increase overall ticket usage with three quarters of ticket holders actively engaged in the program.

The member platform is an effort to attract fans earlier to events at The Palace of Auburn Hills by rewarding them for purchases and team loyalty. Multiple engagement points help members earn points, including through game attendance, arena purchases, Pistons.com site visits, and social media interaction.
