Detroit Pistons start B2B networking program

The Detroit Pistons have rolled out a new B2B initiative, dubbed Pistons Partner Connect, with the intent of igniting meaningful dialog between sales and procurement executives at corporate partner companies.

The networking events, structured in a speed dating style, are held on non-game days. A Pistons representative sits in on all 20-minute meetings to take notes and follow up after the meeting to help keep quality conversations moving forward.

The first Pistons Partner Connect event was held at the Detroit Foundation Hotel, attracting participation from companies like Henry Ford Health System, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Flagstar Bank, and Rocket Fiber. The Pistons expect to host four events in 2019.
