Founded in 2019, our mission is to enable extraordinary experiences, beginning with ticketed live events. We found existing solutions too expensive, and they make group planning difficult. We set out to fix both of these problems.
First, we are the cheapest place on the Internet for any ticket. We charge zero hidden service fees - the price you see is the price you pay. If you find a lower price, we will match it (email us day or night at support@fanimal.com).
Second, our social group purchase feature makes planning with friends easy. First, start your group and set a minimum size. Next, invite your friends, who join by buying their tickets. If your group doesn’t hit the minimum in time then nobody is charged! Plus, all group members earn account credit as more people join, up to a maximum of $20 of credit for groups of 20 or more. (Biggest group to date is a group of 60 to Diplo at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.)
Lastly, we don’t believe in complicated refund policies or making you pay for extra ticket insurance in case things go wrong. Everything is backed by our 100% Ticket Guarantee. We even offer full cash refunds if your event is postponed. Other sites only offer refunds if the event is canceled.
