F&B Experience at Allianz Field Includes International Flavors

Minnesota United and its foodservice partners have included many local restaurants and chefs in Allianz Field, bringing neighborhood favorites to the recently opened venue. Meant to integrate natively into the stadium’s ethnically diverse area, those restaurants with stands in the 19,400-seat stadium include Afro Deli, Brasa, Hot Indian Foods, and Buttered Tin.

Guest chefs, such as Alex Roberts, J.D. Fratzke, Tim McKee, Stephan Hesse, and Tyge Nelson will be present in premium seating areas, doing mini pop-ups throughout the season.

Allianz Field’s signature beer hall will also incorporate local signatures, pouring Surly, Summit, and Loon Juice Ciders, as well as libations from sponsor Heineken.

Outside the venue walls, a permanent park of rotating food trucks will be open to the public that will host tailgate parties before every game.
