As multiple renovation projects near completion, the Green Bay Packers are set to turn their attention to improving the suites at Lambeau Field. It would be the first major improvement to the stadium’s original suites since 2003.
A notable change to come, based on fan feedback, will be windows that can open, connecting suite holders to the larger stadium experience, even in the frozen tundra of a playoff game in the Wisconsin winter. Heating systems would be installed so suite holders can keep their windows open and still feel connected when temperatures turn cold.
As part of a $146 million renovation to the south end zone two years ago, new suites were installed with windows that open. These new spaces have proven to be popular, in part because of their indoor and outdoor amenities.
