The Indiana Pacers have been busy with premium renovations this offseason at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The arena’s newest premium offering is the Sells Group Loft, a 104-seat, all-inclusive space that features upscale furniture packages and concierge service.
Seats in the Sells Group Loft range from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, and are sold on multi-year lease terms. Two seating packages are available, one for a theater box product and one for a loge box product.
Fourteen loge boxes, the less expensive of the two options, are built into the loft, and include four seats, two parking passes, flat-screen monitors, ergonomic executive chairs, and granite countertops.
There are 12 theater boxes, also with four seats and two parking passes, that offer a mini-suite hospitality environment with oversized chairs, iPads, charging stations, and access to an exclusive dining lounge.
An additional premium upgrade at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in 2016 is the LightBound Courtside Club.
