Katie Grubbs currently oversees Premium Services and Experiences for the Tennessee Titans, focusing on white-glove delivery in every facet of the Titans and Nissan Stadium operations. With the team since 2018, she is responsible for the management and retention of over 36 million dollars in contracted assets and deliverables. Launching the first-ever benefits program for Premium Partners at the Titans, she oversees the curation and execution of exclusive gifting, special events, experiences, and charter trips with the help of the NFL’s best Premium Experience Team.
Beginning her career interning with Legends and The New York Yankees, she quickly learned her passion for driving revenue, cultivating authentic relationships, and creating lasting memories through the world of sports. She was provided the opportunity to make an impact with AMBSE via their Premium Services Team before being asked to assist in the launch of Atlanta United. After a Super Bowl appearance, the successful launch of ATLUTD, and opening of Mercedes Benz Stadium, she began her new challenge with the Oakland A’s as they ventured to break ground on a new stadium. At the A’s, she managed 155 suites and 400 premium seats while growing revenue by $2 million.
Katie has hometown roots in both Tupelo, MS and Boone, NC. She attended the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Hospitality Management. When she is not out at the hottest Nashville spots hosting clients, she can be found working with local animal rescue groups, specializing in Doberman rescue efforts.
