Vice President, Data ScienceAramark
Kevin currently serves as the Vice President of Aramark’s Data Science team. In his role, Kevin leads the development of strategies by leveraging data analytics and consumer insights aimed at optimizing the consumer experience. The work of this team is focused on delving into the millions of data points Aramark gathers through our retail merchandise and food and beverage partnerships across a variety of entertainment venues, including cultural attractions, performance venues, stadiums, arenas, and convention centers. Kevin and his team are also responsible for managing Aramark’s 30,000+ panel of survey respondents, overseeing third party research partners, and acting as liaison with Aramark’s global insights and analytics and technology teams.
Prior to assuming leadership of the Data Science team, Kevin spent nearly six years developing Aramark’s sports and entertainment insights and analytics capabilities. He played a key role in anticipating and pre-emptively responding to a shift in the marketplace to insight-driven decision-making, helping position Aramark as a pioneer in this game-changing business approach. Among the milestones in which Kevin participated and/or led include formal establishment of the insights and analytics team (a first in the industry), development of front line dashboards for the retail and food and beverage businesses, creation of a strategic pricing model, and development of a real-time reporting platform. These initiatives have led to innumerable innovations in the consumer experience, driving immeasurable dollars to our clients, saving countless hours of labor, and realizing significant increases in productivity.
After holding several roles with Pepsi Bottling Group, Kevin joined Aramark in 2008 as a part of the beverage strategy group. In this role, he was responsible for analyzing data across a variety of Aramark lines of business, extrapolating insights to drive partnerships, pricing, and product mix for the company’s massive beverage business.
He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, receiving a B.S in both finance and logistics. He earned his MBA in marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Kevin resides in Philadelphia with his wife, Margaux, and their two kids, Colin and Ben.
