The new 10,000-seat Las Vegas Ballpark, home of the Pacific Coast League’s Las Vegas Aviators, is a centerpiece for entertainment. Situated nine miles from the Vegas Strip and next door to City National Arena, team headquarters and practice facility for the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights, as well as multiple restaurants and retail outlets, the park benefits from its role amongst the surrounding mixed-use development.
The park was designed by HOK and built by the joint venture of AECOM Hunt and local firm Penta Building Group. Its signature elements are an outfield swimming pool, a social destination, and multiple premium seat products.
The pool suite and its 54 tickets are rented on a per-game basis for $2,000. Next to the pool sits the Hangar, a bar and hangout spot aimed at young professionals. On the premium levels, 22 suites are available – 15 on three-, five-, seven-, or ten-year leases for $75,000 per season. 400 club seats are priced at $2,200 per ticket.
