Mike has over 25 years in the industry and before FSM, spent 13 years as a Senior Leader with Compass Group’s Levy Restaurants, where he managed marquee accounts across the NFL, NBA, NHL, Convention Centers, Speedways, and nearly all major industry events. As Regional Vice President, Mike oversaw annual revenues of $175M+ and led teams overseeing the industry’s two most major openings at the time - Marlins’ Park in Miami and Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
