In this session, created for new conference attendees, learn how to create your winning conversation game plan and define intentions and desired outcomes for key interactions. Additionally, learn how to identify conversation “personas” and needs of the person on the other side of your interaction. At the end of the session, you’ll understand how to ask the “right” questions to get to what your client or peer really wants or may have concerns about and what drives positive outcomes while positioning you as a trusted partner.
