The Palace of Auburn Hills unveils third phase of renovation plan

Earlier this week, renderings were released for the third phase of renovations to The Palace of Auburn Hills since Tom Gores purchased the Pistons. Gores has spent more than $40 million on arena improvements since 2011.

Premium seating renovations include a refreshed Palace Grille restaurant with new menu offerings, 24 improved club-level and 29 concourse-level suites, a larger party suite on the club and concourse levels, and a new concierge lounge for premium season ticket members.

Other Palace improvements that have been made since 2011 include suite upgrades such as new seating, bar tops, carpet, and glass dividers between each suite, a renovated President’s Club for corporate meetings and entertaining, an updated Coors Light Cold Zone, and the installation of a theatrical lighting system and arena-wide Wi-Fi access.
