Paula Segal leads Consumer Product at SeatGeek, overseeing strategy, ideation, partnerships, integrations and execution of all product development for SeatGeek's fan experience. Paula helped SeatGeek move from a ticket search aggregator to a two-sided marketplace, and eventually an enterprise software provider. Prior to SeatGeek, Paula worked at a number of other NY-based startups focused on leveraging technology to improve real-world products and experiences. Paula’s interest in technology stemmed from witnessing first-hand the inefficiency of healthcare data sharing; she pivoted away from a track in academia and instead joined a health tech startup focused on improving patient outcomes. From there she ventured into 3D printing before landing at SeatGeek in 2015. Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University and a Master’s from Columbia University. She resides in Brooklyn with her husband and son.
