The San Diego Padres have updated their 8,000-square-foot premium club, and concurrently, inked New York-based luxury real estate broker Compass to a three-year naming rights deal.
To enhance the premium experience attached to the club, 42 loge box seats replace five rows of customary seating. The sold-out loges were purchased in twos and fours for the full season at $150 per seat. Food and beverages are not included. An additional 1,400 traditional club seats have dynamic prices around $60.
Foodservice partner Delaware North replaced a buffet setup with à la carte offerings, supported by two new adjacent kitchens. Mobile ordering and in-seat service are available.
