Scott is Vice President of Aramark’s Data > Science team, where he leads the development of strategies by leveraging data analytics and consumer insights aimed at optimizing the consumer experience. The work of this team is focused on delving into the millions of data points Aramark gathers through our retail merchandise and food and beverage partnerships across a variety of entertainment venues. Scott and his team are also responsible for managing Aramark’s 30,000-plus panel of survey respondents, overseeing third-party research partners, and acting as liaison with Aramark’s global insights and analytics and technology teams.
Scott played an integral role in pioneering the Phillies business intelligence platform focused on season ticket renewal strategies, ticket technology, and pricing. He also led the digital ticketing and loyalty rollout of the MLB Ballpark app at Citizens Bank Park. Scott most recently came from Comcast, where he developed and leveraged sophisticated data platforms to drive analytics initiatives and consumer growth strategies.
