SF City Council Approves Giants Mixed-Use Development

In February, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the San Francisco Giants’ $1 billion Mission Rock mixed-use development plan.

The project will transform a 28-acre parking lot into a neighborhood of new residential, office, and retail space.

Of the residential units planned includes housing, 40% of which will be sold below market rates, for 1,300 middle-income families.
