Tony Elm is a Vice President with JLL in the Philadelphia region, focused on providing a wide variety of Project Management services across all project sectors including Sports & Entertainment.
Since 2018, Tony has been leading the JLL project team on behalf of Comcast Spectacor on the Wells Fargo Center’s multi-year $300+ million capital improvement plan aimed to expand and upgrade the arena’s amenities. By the end of the Transformation Project in 2023, nearly every space on each level of the building will undergo major improvements.
Tony’s experience in the Sports & Entertainment sector also includes design and preconstruction phase work for the Oklahoma City Thunder on their current renovation project at Paycom Arena. Set to be completed for the 2022-23 season, the project involves a total renovation to the arena’s locker rooms, training and support spaces.
Prior to joining JLL, Tony managed several phases of capital improvements at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University.
