Nationals Park, home of the Washington Nationals, unveiled many upgrades prior to Opening Day earlier this month. With the goal of improving fan experiences, there are new amenities, premium products, and food and beverage.
New national food brands, including Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, and Chik-fil-A, are now available, as is regional cuisine. Virginia ham, cheddar, and apple-butter biscuits are available, as well as Maryland crab cakes.
On the beverage side, Samuel Adams is selling an IPA beer exclusively in the ballpark. Patrons can also enjoy a variety of spirits in the new Captain’s Cove, sponsored by Captain Morgan.
To further diversify its premium product mix, Nationals Park has added Club 24, a midlevel offering congruent to the loge box seating commonly found in arenas. Each of the six boxes (four people per box) is sold on three-year commitments, priced between $78,000 and $95,000.
Due to high demand, the Nationals are also building the K Street Box Suites, a second midlevel offering equivalent to Club 24. The K Street Boxes are considered ultra-exclusive, and pricing starts at $95,000.
