Whitney Quackenbush Zepfel, Director, Business Operations, Madison Square Garden

The current Director, Business Operations at Madison Square Sports Company, Whitney is responsible for launching new tools, products, and processes across Ticketing, Marketing, and Merchandise for both the New York Knicks and the New York Rangers.

A native of Long Island, New York, Whitney has focused her career on operational strategy and corporate development and began her career as an investment banker at Barclays and JP Morgan, prior to joining MSG.

Whitney holds a B.A. from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School and currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband Evan.
