Do you have a “Fast Pass†opportunity for season ticket members to gain quicker entrance into the venue? If so, do you charge them for this “pass�

We have a designated gate that is only for clients with premium access. It leads to the elevators on our suite level. We still can run into issues with lines at peak hours because there are only two elevator shafts.

Yes, we have Fast Access provided by CLEAR at our main gate. This is a free service provided by CLEAR. Season ticket members had to sign up at a booth outside of the ballpark by providing a finger print and ID. After they are signed up, they scan their finger print at the Fast Access line to enter the ballpark. They can bring in one guest.

We do provide a "Fly By" pass to our season ticket members as part of a member benefit offered in our Experience platform. One pass is good for use for up to four guests. We have signage and a red carpet located on the outside of each of our stadium entry gates in order to easily identify this entrance. This special entry point can be accessed by all club seat and suite owners, as well as those individuals with that "Fly By" pass.
This pass is redeemable and then later delivered to you through our mobile app, and therefore, lives on your mobile device at all times (no tangible pass is printed). It is also available only for season ticket members.
Last season we averaged about 750 redemptions per game, but that was a significant increase over 2014. The word is definitely spreading on the benefit that this pass can deliver.

We do not have a "Fast Pass" option for season ticket members. We have seven “VIP†entrances that are available exclusively to club seat season ticket members and suite holders, but nothing like that for season ticket members.

While we've debated adding this benefit a few times, we currently do not offer anything along the lines of a "Fast Pass.."

On the premium side, we have a special entrance for suite holders and Champions Club members. It is on the bridge that connects our parking garage (where most of the premium ticket holders park) to the stadium. On the regular season ticket holder side, we have a special lane at each gate called the "Red Carpet." Only ticket holders carrying season ticket stock can enter that line. It definitely results in a shorter and faster line.
We still use mostly regular season ticket stock, so our ushers have an easier time recognizing the tickets that would allow a person access to the red carpet. This is a benefit for season ticket holders and not something we charge extra for.

We don't have an actual pass, but we do have entrances that open early. Our premium club and suite holders can enter through our premium entrance 30 minutes prior to regular gates.
On days there is batting practice, season ticket holders can enter through one specific entrance up to one hour prior to regular doors to watch the home team take BP.
