Amanda Verhoff is currently the President and Executive Director at ALSD. She has been with the ALSD for over 11 years, starting her term as an intern compiling data for membership and the annual conference and tradeshow. Now, Amanda plans and executes the annual conference and tradeshow held each year in a premier city with the newest or most newly renovated sports venues. The highlights of each show are the venue tours, beginning and ending in suite and club levels of the host cities’ sports venues. Amanda also works with current and prospective ALSD members to ensure quality membership and activates sponsors and partners. She handles contracts and site visits for events, disseminates member questions and job openings, prepares annual invoices, and communicates with members regarding research and areas of study in the industry.
Amanda is the author of pieces for SEAT Magazine as well as Between the SEATs, ALSD’s monthly e-newsletter, a piece that takes a look at industry pertinent issues and stories. She also leads research with projects involving ALSD members and premium seating studies.
Amanda is married and resides in Dayton, Ohio with her husband Steve, son Beau, daughters Vanessa and Faye, and Min-Pin Titus. In her free time, she enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and watching sports. Amanda is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a Master’s degree in Communications. She was a five-year member of the UD Varsity soccer team.
