Prior to deploying Bartesian, the Aramark team at Fenway Park was trying to find a way to fill consumer demand in club spaces. These premium and club spaces allowed fans to order food and beverage via smartphone from their seat; which was then delivered by a "runner". Canned drinks (beer and ready to drink cocktails) were the only alcohol options given to fans as the Aramark team could not support bar-made, premium cocktails from the existing pantries due to the required skilled labor and space needed to craft multi-ingredient cocktails. In addition, they did not want these in-seat orders (thousands of fans) to slow down existing bars. The Aramark team at Fenway opted to deploy Bartesian machines throughout their club pantries in order to meet the demand from fans for freshly made, premium cocktails. Bartesian turns anyone into a world-class mixologist with the ability to craft 50+ all-natural cocktails at the push of a button. Fenway Park will now be able to have a rotating menu of premium cocktails (a consistent fan request) throughout the season. Through its partnership with Bartesian, the Aramark/Fenway team has completely streamlined in-seat cocktail operations while delivering a truly elevated guest experience, based directly on fan feedback. The Aramark/Fenway team opted to roll out a specialty cocktail named 'Sox on the Beach' in addition to 5 other premium cocktails. They were also able to roll out a custom menu for their recent Tacos & Tequila night; which was all made possible by the partnership between Aramark/Fenway and Bartesian.
