The Aramark team at Fenway Park has truly embraced Front of the House as its preferred supplier and takes advantage of FOH’s capabilities for custom etching and porcelain decalling. By showcasing the World Series logo and famed Red Sox logo on rustic wood Root boards, it elevates the customer’s culinary and dining experience to the next level.
Some fan favorite dishes (pictured above) at Fenway Park include Grilled Savenors Ribeye, “Fruity Pebble Pancakes”, Line Caught Swordfish, and many more.
Aramark and the Red Sox have also utilized custom decalling in the Dell EMC Club, which allows the club/client logo to be showcased as well. In-house FOH customization capabilities allow Fenway Park to showcase any logo or design on any wood or metal products.
Gone are the days of plating on white plates. Adding a pop of color to the menu highlights food in a more dramatic way. Colored dinnerware is spot on with today's plating trends. In addition, partnering custom Root boards with modular Zig Zag buffet risers makes for a spectacular display and action dessert station.
