Holly Schweitzer joined the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in 2022 as the director of customer experience. In this role, she is dedicated to creating new opportunities for customer engagement and making the Rodeo a family-friendly event that brings joy to attendees of all ages. Holly oversees all special days, carnival operations, unique activations, and customer service, working alongside a fantastic group of volunteers to deliver an exceptional service for everyone.
Before joining the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Holly spent 15 years with the Houston Texans, where she advanced from an event services coordinator to the director of fan relations and event services. In her tenure with the Texans, Holly trained over 70,000 gameday staff and managed logistics, operations, security, staffing and the guest experience for events and gamedays.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a minor in Business, from Texas A&M University.
