Jessica was unable to find a digital customer experience management solution to drive down costs and improve the “human” (i.e. personalized customer service) experience, so she created her own: WAVEWORK. Wavework is a SaaS platform that enables greater efficiency for a team or venue to extend their reach without expanding headcount, providing greater value with a highly personalized and consistent premium customer experience. Wavework is a compilation of Jessica's deep understanding and true appreciation for elevating the premium customer experience.
