Kayla Shively is entering her 13th season with the Royals, all within the Ticket Sales & Service department. She oversees the Ticket Sales team including all ticket sales verticals of season, group, and single game sales.
Kayla joined the Royals in March of 2011 as a Ticket Services Trainee and has held multiple roles on the ticketing team. She was promoted to Account Executive-Membership Retention in September 2011, Manager-Membership Retention in January 2015, and in August 2021 was promoted to Director-Premium and Retention Ticket Sales. Throughout her time overseeing the retention teams, Kayla was successful in exceeding yearly revenue goals through enhancing the client experience through flexible ticket packaging, benefits, and events. Including the Royals Fan Choice season ticket packages, Fall Bash, and Select-A-Seat events. Last September, Kayla was promoted to Senior Director-Ticket Sales & Service where she now oversees the clubs Ticket Sales efforts.
Kayla graduated from Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. Prior to WSU Kayla earned her associate degree from South Florida Community College while playing softball for the Panthers.
