Kenny Farrell is responsible for advertising, promotions, fan development, fan experience and consumer research. Farrell also oversees the team’s Ticket Operations department where he spent his first 12 seasons with the organization.
With a background in analytics, Farrell brings a data-driven approach to the team’s marketing efforts. He led the development and rollout of internally developed BI tools and a custom CRM application to aid smart and swift decision-making needed for the organization. Farrell added Fan Experience, including oversight of the clubs food and beverage and retail operations, to his responsibilities in 2021.
