Secure Sports Solutions (S3) is led by Matt Heap. Matt comes to S3 after a 30 year career with the State of Colorado as a Law Enforcement Administrator and Regulator, most recently retiring as the Chief of the Colorado Division of Gaming. In March 2020, Colorado successfully launched sports betting amid the pandemic. Due to the progressive, well balanced and reasonable approach that was executed by Matt and his team, Colorado is often modeled by other states as they create their regulatory structure. Prior to Matt’s appointment as Managing Director of S3, he was a Senior Director at Geo Comply, overseeing Product Compliance. Matt’s experience and relationships in the public and private sector will be instrumental to the successful launch of “ProhiBet”, the industry’s first prohibited better solution.
