Oakland Raiders

To kick off the 2018 football season, Oakland Raiders premium and prospective clients were treated to a one-of-a-kind experience – In the Huddle with Head Coach Jon Gruden. This event raised the bar of premium experiences in an already unique and fully encompassing premium program.

“In the Huddle” was held at a private car museum in Blackhawk, California, which is also home to Coach Gruden. A black carpet set the stage and led over 200 clients into an exclusive outdoor space. They were treated to a specially curated meal, hosted bar, and surprised with appearances from Raiders Alumni and the Raiderettes. After the cocktail hour, clients were ushered into the museum, where the real surprise took place.

Not only were there some of the most antique and exotic cars in the world, but the set from Coach Gruden’s “Inside the Huddle” weekly show, which he used to do prior to returning to coach, was recreated. The show provided full break downs of players and plays with football commentary only Coach Gruden can provide. With coach in his element, he took the stage and began dissecting an actual practice of the team, while highlighting all the players the clients have grown to love over the years.

This was the first big event Gruden had done since re-signing on as the Head Coach of the Oakland Raiders. The most memorable part for clients was his openness to answer questions and take endless photos at the conclusion of his commentary segment. Very rarely do fans get face time with an NFL head coach, let alone have the opportunity to ask him questions regarding the current state of the team. Everyone in attendance felt like a VIP. These clients ate and drank with Raiders Alumni, socialized with other clients and Raiderettes, and most of all, they had exclusive access to one of the most prolific coaches and television personalities in the business.
