Rebecca Ruselink is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Penske Entertainment and oversees IT functions for all business enterprises (Indianapolis Motor Speedway, INDYCAR, and IMS Productions) including hardware/software support, networking infrastructure, corporate security, and information systems administration and development.

Prior to joining Penske Entertainment in 2016, Rebecca’s career consisted of business consulting and IT leadership positions. Rebecca’s leadership roles include Vice President of IT at Interactive Intelligence, Senior Director of IT at Steak n Shake, Inc. and Manager of Functional and User Interface Design at Powerway, Inc., where she is listed as an inventor on the patent for the company’s internet-based product.

Prior to moving into IT leadership, Rebecca began her career with The ProAction Group, LLC based in Chicago, Illinois and Arthur Andersen, LLP where she focused on strategic sourcing and large scale ERP implementations. Rebecca is a graduate of the IU Kelley School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Rebecca and her husband, Joel, reside in Fishers, Indiana, and have two children.
